Audra was born in Southern California and raised in the majestic spiritually rich Shangri-La of the West, Ojai, California. Her background is unique, she is both of Mexican and Irish descent. Audra's father was a Superior Court Judge, and her mother a lover of art, a healer, and spiritual seeker. This dichotomy has instilled in Audra a deep sense of balance and a deep passion to experience the value of being left and right brained. This has inspired Audra to walk in between worlds her entire life, and to find the balance that resides in that journey.
Audra's life path as an artist and healer resides at the core of her being. She studied Fine Arts in Painting at Otis College of Art and Design in her twenties, and has a B.A. degree in Art History. She also has studied yoga for 15 plus years, teaching for 8 years, and is a yoga therapist, through Integrative Yoga Therapy. She has trained in energy healing work with Drunvalo Melchizedek and Ken Paige, both master healers in their own right for 30 plus years each. Audra has had their personal instruction transmitted directly to her. Audra also has personally worked with a Barbara Brennan, Theta, and an Agape Licensed trained healer for several years, and continues working with top healers from all over the world. This background gives Audra a deep understanding of the value of what art and energy healing means to the world, and how it effects her own personal life.
